Deutschland
World cup started yesterdae with the host, Germany playing the opening match against Costa Rica and the Germans won, 4-2. Hurray!!!
So happy when one of my favourite teams won. Ya, i'm supporting England and Germany.
Yesterdae night was spent watching the exciting match. Though it was not as exciting as watching with a bunch of frenz, i was accompanied by stan's and ts's mesgs commenting on the match. It was just like two years ago, when the few of us were crazy over the Euro cup just before the prelim practical examinations, and it was then i started to like netherlands coz of van nis and portugal coz of christiano.
The first goal was scored by ts's cutie Philip Lahm which was then equalised by CRC's Wanchope. Was so worried at tt moment, praying hard that the German players will score another goal. Fortuantely, about 5 minutes later, Klose scored one more to put the Germans in the lead, and i was screaming like mad especially after Klose's 2nd goal of the day.
Haiz, but my fav ballack din get to play coz of his injury, so sad. At least i managed to see him a number of times on the bench, and the goalkeeper Kahn didnt get to play also. I prefer him to Lehmann lo, he's so so much better, looking at the performance during his last world cup. Haiz, and their defend is so terrible, which might mean they might not go far..sad..
oh ya, not forgetting the new young rising German star, Lukas Podolski. He is only 21 years old lo. He just remind me of Christiano during the Euro Cup when he was another young player in Portugal.

Oh ya, saw a picture of the German's reserve jersey, red top and white bottom. So ugly. i still so much prefer their white top and black bottom lo..lol..
The other match played last night was Poland against Ecuador.
Poland 0 - 2 Ecuador.
So, Deutschland is now top of the group..yeah!!!
Germany will be playing against Poland for their next match on 14 June..sad!! i cant watch coz its weekday and have already started work in Deutsche Bank. SAD!!
ts, must update me what happening k??!! sad..cant watch Ballack play..
Tonight there will be 3 matches, and another of my fav team, England will be playing at 9 tonight, against paraguay.
Hope the British will win their opening match, usually they failed at their first game..haiz..
The other 2 matches will be too late to catch le..haiz..

Haiz, the netherlands and portugal matches are on sunday night, and i couldnt catch it coz next dae is the start of my work..haiz..so sad!!
yeah..world cup and work gonna accompany me this whole month...
oh ya, and my one month work seem to clash with the world cup..hmm..must be someone took leave during this month and i have to take over his/her work..lol
